Refund policy

If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions: Eligibility: - You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. - Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging. - Some products (e.g., personal care or hygiene items) may be non-returnable for safety reasons. How to return: - Email us at hello@kambaa.store with your order number and reason for return. - We will provide return instructions and return address. - Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds: - Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. - Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Damaged or incorrect items: - Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund it promptly.
